From a single tower to a 42-acre township
Solara Groupbegan with a single residential tower on Bengaluru's Outer Ring Road in 2011. Since then, the company has delivered 18 projects across the city, moving progressively from standalone towers to fully integrated townships that combine housing, workspace, and community infrastructure in one masterplan.
Solara Meridian represents the fullest expression of that approach: a single 42-acre site in Devanahalli planned from the ground up around the principle that residents should not have to leave the township for daily needs, recreation, or, increasingly, work itself.
The company operates on an Industry 5.0 philosophy of development, pairing advanced construction technology and data-led planning with a deliberately human-centred approach to how communities actually use shared space, rather than optimising purely for saleable density.
